Yoga Is The Journey Of The Self, Through The Self, To The Self.– THE BHAGAVAD GITA
I grew up in France, blending two cultures—my mother is French, and my father is Vietnamese. From a young age, I was drawn to spirituality and meditation. At 12, I attended my first yoga class, though I wasn’t ready to pursue it fully at the time. I explored various activities like dance, singing, Taekwondo, and acting. At 16, I turned to Reiki to heal my stomach pain and completed my Level 1 initiation, realizing the power of energy in all living beings.
In 2015, I studied NLP to deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection. My regular yoga practice began in London in 2011, but it wasn’t until I moved to Dubai in 2013 that yoga became central to my life. The hectic lifestyle in Dubai pushed me towards spirituality, and as I practiced yoga daily, I felt more grounded, physically stronger, and in tune with my inner self.
In 2018, I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Dubai and began teaching at Zen Yoga. By December 2019, I furthered my studies in India with 100 hours of Ashtanga Yoga training. In 2020, I moved to Barcelona for a job in hospitality, but the pandemic redirected my focus to yoga. I spent months studying, teaching online, and eventually left the corporate world. A trip to the Canary Islands in August 2020 turned into a 3 year stay, where I was teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.
In 2022, I completed a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Holistic Yoga, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayuryoga, and Miofascial Yoga.
Since 2023, India is home.
My journey in yoga is more than physical—it’s a path of self-discovery and transformation.
