“Sangha” Retreat
In India, it is a Sanskrit word which means association, community. In Buddhism, it means the community of all followers of the Buddha. I like the definition of Thich Nhat Hanh : “It is difficult to make a change alone. In the Sangha there is a powerful collective energy of mindfulness and concentration. It can help us make a breakthrough; it ignites our insight. Everybody contributes their part. You don’t need to be exactly like others, you just need to be yourself. You don’t need to have perfect health or a perfect mind without any worries and anxiety. But thanks to the practice, you can create more joy, peace, and understanding that nourishes you, nourishes the Sangha, and nourishes the world”.
I want to create a yoga retreat signature, open to everyone who wants to travel with me for a few days in different parts of the world, exploring new ways of nourishing the mind, body and spirit. The content of the retreats changes regularly and if you have enjoyed one specific theme, it can be repeated in different locations. My main purpose here is to gather beautiful people together, creating roots and strength for all of us to live and practising our dharma in harmony, peace and love. The retreats are running in Spanish or English.
